Apple Corps

We are pleased to announce that APPLE Corps is now accepting applications for fall 2017!
APPLE Corps recruits students interested in social justice issues, public service or law enforcement careers and provides them with the opportunity to give back to New York City communities while gaining valuable leadership experiences. APPLE Corps students are enrolled at John Jay College or one of the six CUNY Justice Academy partner campuses (BMCC, BCC, HCC, KCC, LGCC, or QCC). APPLE Corps students receive academic, professional, and financial support during their first two years of undergraduate study—including a generous stipend in excess of $15,000 across two years.
The criteria for student eligibility, found on our website, include:
·         New York City residency
·         Completed a CUNY Freshman Application for fall 2017 and have applied to John Jay College or a CUNY community college (excluding Guttman)
·         First semester Freshman, and have never attended another college or university (excluding some college classes taken in high school such as College Now or International Baccalaureate)
·         US citizen or permanent resident
